This news is about people who have pets. New research from the USA says that poeple with pets live very long and nice lives. The study claims that an animal is a source of emotional support for every person.

“Scientists find out that pet owners are more satisfied in their life than people who don’t have a pet,” Allene McConnell from the university in Miami says. “Pet owners usually don’t feel lonely or worried,” she adds.

The research includes more than 217 people. They answer questions about their life and pets. The research focuses on the difference between people who have a pet and who don’t. Another finding of this research shows that pet owners can get used to changes in their life easily.

Participants of the research claim that their pets are very important friends. They also claim that their pets understand them. With their pet, owners often feel that they have a meaning in their life.

Other studies also show evidence that your pet supports you physically and emotionally. This means that your life is very healthy with a pet.

“Based on the results of the research, we found out that pet owners tend to be more satisfied and calm in their life than people who have never owned any pet,” Allene McConnell from the university in Miami says. “Pet owners hardly ever feel lonely or worried either,” she adds.

The abovementioned research included more than 217 respondents whose task was to answer questions concerning their life with pets. It focused on the difference between people who have had a pet during most of their life, and those who never had one. Another finding of this research shows that pet owners can more easily get accustomed to various significant life-related changes.

Moreover, participants of the research firmly stated that they perceive their pet as a friend. Pet owners also claim that their pets not only understand them, but also react according to their current state of mind. With their pet, owners often feel that they actually have a meaning in their life.

Other conducted studies also present evidence that your pet supports you both physically and emotionally. Based on this fact, we can conclude that your pet makes your life considerably healthier.
